Order Processing
VitaminParadise.com processes orders 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. Our cut-off time is 4 pm EST. Orders placed after 4 pm EST will start being processed on the next day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24 hours for the completion of processing your order. All shipping times and dates may be subject to changes without notice.
Order Billing / Credit Card & Shipping Address Information
We accept all major credit cards. We verify all billing information provided by the customer. Please make sure to enter all billing information in our shopping cart's billing information form correctly. Moreover, please also make sure that the shipping address information entered in our shopping cart's shipping address information form is also correct. Any shipping address information that is changed by the customer or shipper after the order is submitted to VitaminParadise.com will be charged an address correction fee ranging from $5.00-$10.00 depending on what shipping method has been chosen. Any incorrect address information that has to be changed / revised by either the customer, VitaminParadise.com, or the shipping carrier, will result in an additional address information-correction fee imposed by the shipping carrier, ranging from $5.00-$10.00. Order's Shipping Address different from Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than your credit card's official billing address, VitaminParadise.com may contact you to verify the "ship to" address.This process may cause a short delay. To help expedite the order processing time, please provide a valid e-mail address and daytime phone number where you can easily be reached. Also, please note that your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly. To list alternate address with your credit card company, just call the toll-free number on the back of your credit card and ask the credit card's customer service representative to assist you with adding any additional addresses to the notes on your credit card account.

Customs costs for International / Non-US address shipments (U.S. Territories outside of the U.S.), including any product return chargebacks and applicable tax charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional to the order payment, and they will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. As such, kindly make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering, as well as your country's import amount limits & any associated customs fees for your order.

Ordering Protein / Nutrition Bars
During the warm summer months, some minor melting and changes in consistency of protein / nutrition bars can occur during shipment. Any melting or changes in consistency will most likely occur during the shipping process which we have no control over, so please keep this possibility in mind before ordering. If you have any doubts regarding this possibility, then you may want to consider not placing any protein / nutrition bar orders with VitaminParadise.com during the summer months.(In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in protein / nutrition bar consistency. We recommend the immediate placement of any protein / nutrition bars, upon receipt from the shipping carrier, in a refrigerator for several hours, and a subsequent storing in a cool, dry place.)
Order Cancellation
Order processing begins at the time an order is received. Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
Return Policy
Please email us (or call us at 1-800-397-9062 during our normal business hours for return authorization) prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned to VitaminParadise.com within 30 days. (Minus initial & return shipping & handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer). To return any item(s) you must contact us at 1-800-397-9062 to request a Return Authorization (RA) code, which is your reference number during the return process. Once your request is approved you will receive an e-mail with your RA code along with instructions on how to return your product. We will NOT accept any returns that do not have an OFFICIAL RA CODE clearly written or printed on the outside of the return package. All items MUST be returned in their original unopened packaging with ALL original contents including all accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our requirements. All returns must be received by VitaminParadise.com within 30 days.
Damaged Merchandise
VitaminParadise.com makes every effort to safely pack and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact us immediately. We will in turn contact the shipping carrier for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. If warranted, the carrier can then return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection. (If any damage is obvious upon delivery of the package, you can point the damage out to the shipping carrier's representative delivering the package and refuse the delivery; Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.)
Lost Merchandise
On rare occasions, merchandise can be lost in transit. If this occurs, your order can be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by the carrier (provided that the shipment has been insured at your request). Upon notification of a non-delivery received by VitaminParadise.com from a shipping carrier, a claim can then be filed and the merchandise can be replaced or a refund can be issued.
